33-yr.-old man made 12-yr.-old girl drunk and raped her

Baguio City, Philippines – A 12-year-old girl was reportedly raped after a drinking session with a 33-year-old man in Baguio City on Friday, September 29.

The minor, on Thursday, September 28, asked permission from her mother to go out to accompany her friend to get a remittance at Labsan Street.

The victim, after going to said area, did not go home that day and headed to the boarding house of the suspect instead.

The suspect, according to police, is a 33-year-old cook and a resident of the city.

While at the boarding house of the suspect, they opted to have a drinking session. When she got drunk, it was then that the suspect allegedly raped her.

The alleged ‘rape incident’ happened during the early hours of said date.

The suspect, who is still at large as of this writing, has already been charged with rape.

To recall, it was in November last year that the same fate happened to a 14-year-old girl from Barangay Pinget.

After agreeing to meet up with a guy she met online, she was invited by the suspect for a drinking session at their house in Barangay Pinget.

When she got drunk, it was then that the suspect grabbed the opportunity and allegedly raped the minor three times.
