2 men from Tabuk City found dead in Conner, heads wrapped in cellophane

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Two men, ages 15 and 21, from the city were found dead at the boundary of Barangay Buluan, Conner and Barangay Cato in Tuao, Cagayan this morning of May 7.

Victims were identified as a 15-year-old man from Nambaran while the other was a 21-year-old from Dagupan.

Officer in Charge, PLT Carolyn Domyong, in an interview, said that based on initial report, the Conner Municipal Police Station received a call about an alleged corpses found at the said area. Upon arrival, they discovered these two lifeless bodies, their hands tied with a tape and heads wrapped with cellophanes.

“Nakatali diay ima da iti tape and then nabungon diay ulo da iti cellophane,” she described.

The Scene of Crime Operatives processed the body and then turned it over to the funeral where later on, families of the victims arrived and identified the body.

Domyong said the two sustained gunshot wounds and the case is still under investigation.

“We are still identifying nu daytoy nga area nga nakabirukan da ket isu iti main crime scene,” she added.

Meantime, the victims were already brought home in Tabuk City, according to Domyong.
