23-year-old man faces charges for showing his penis in Cauayan City, Isabela

Cauayan City, Isabela -A 23-year-old man was reported to police on Thursday, January 11, 2024, for allegedly showing his private part to three women in Cauayan City, Isabela.

According to a local media report, the suspect, whose identity is withheld, began engaging in this behavior on Monday, January 8.

His first victim was a female store owner who witnessed him playing with his penis when he stayed at her shop for approximately 30 minutes.

Two female students encountered a similar situation with the suspect in the same area.

They informed the police that the accused followed them while they were walking until he masturbated in front of them.

Due to the trauma experienced by the victims, they decided to report the incidents to the police and filed charges against him.

Currently, the Cauayan police are conducting operations to apprehend the suspect.
