3,000 applicants scheduled to take March 2025 Civil Service Examination in Kalinga

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Three thousand individuals will try to get their Civil Service eligibility this coming March 2, 2025 in Kalinga.

Civil Service Examination(CSE) is one of the gate passes in getting a permanent position in the public service. This exam always draws the highest number of examinees among the government-administered tests in the country with hundreds of thousands taking the test annually.

CSE has been noted to be one of the most difficult exams to pass in the Philippines with its low passing rates over the past years. The August 11, 2024 CSE alone only registered 14.4% passing rate, this translates to 47,449 passers out of 329,465 takers.

This coming March 2, the Civil Service Commission Kalinga said 3,000 people are set to take the CSE pen and paper exam in Tabuk City. 2,775 of the figure will be taking the CSE – Professional level while the rest will be taking the sub-professional.

Previous CS exams in Kalinga were held at the Tabuk City National High School. The March 2025 takers will be notified of the final testing center through their Gmail account.

The Cordillera Administrative Region, meantime, was regarded as the top 3 region with the highest passing rate in the August 2024 CSE. The region registered 17.87% passing rate, with examinee Eunice Angela R. Torreliza earning 95.90% average, making her the top 5 taker.
