31-yr.-old mom caught selling shabu in Tabuk City


Tabuk City, Kalinga – At nearly 2 a.m. on Monday, May 08, a 31-year-old mother was arrested by the operatives for allegedly selling suspected shabu.


The accused, Ruffalyn Cullapoy Baculi who is a resident of Barangay Bulanao was said to have transacted with undercover police in Barangay San Juan at said hour.


She sold two sachets of suspected shabu, according to the Tabuk City police.

Other items seized from her include the P1,000 buy-bust money and a keypad cellphone.


Meanwhile, another woman in the city was nabbed by the Kalinga police early morning on May 07 after they found suspected contraband in her home in Barangay Lacnog East. She is identified as a certain Marcelina Eugenio and is categorized by the police as a High Value Individual drug personality.


Through a search warrant, the authorities discovered P27,200 worth of suspected shabu and a small bottle believed to be containing marijuana oil in her house.


The police also confiscated a piece of weighing scale, aluminum foils, plastic sachets with residue, and improvised tooter.


The two women will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
