41-yr.-old man shot dead on his farm in Tabuk City

Tabuk City, Kalinga – A 41-year-old man was no longer breathing when they found him at a shanty on his farm in Barangay Malalao Wednesday afternoon, April 26.

A witness told Tabuk City police investigators that the victim, Leo Pataclao Albing, a resident of Quezon, Isabela was spraying to eradicate weeds at his farm when an unidentified man came and moved closer to him.

The man was described to be wearing a dark pants, dark long sleeves, and a baseball cap. The alleged gunman was said to have a long firearm hanging on his shoulder.

The victim afterwards went to his shanty and was allegedly followed by said unidentified person. Moments later, a gunfire emanated from the hut.

The suspect escaped the crime scene and is now being searched by the authorities.

Investigation of the case is ongoing.
