The incident, accordingly, occurred along Sitio Maliag, Abualan past 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 02.

A teacher who passed by the area saw Siagan lying on the ground and immediately called for rescue, assuming the man was a victim of a motorcycle accident. However, when authorities arrived, they came to know that he sustained gunshot wounds.
