6,393 residents in Pasil, Kalinga complete Step 2 National ID registration

Pasil, Kalinga – A total of 6,393 residents of Pasil, Kalinga completed the Step 2 registration process for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys), as of June 11, 2022.


The figure provided by PhilSys Focal Person Christian Dacpano is 65.94% of the 9,694 approximate target in the municipality.


Step 2 process involves capturing the registrant’s biometric data and verifying their demographic information at local registration centers, explains PhilSys Registry Office.

This assures the registered yPasil of valid identification which could be used for more seamless government and private transactions.


LGU-based Registration Center


The municipal government led by Mayor Alfredo “Chao-ig” Malannag Jr. is accommodating those who are yet to register through its LGU-based Registration Center located on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Hall, Amdalao, Guina-ang.

The center is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.


Interested individuals from five years old and up first need to enter all necessary information and make an appointment online via https://register.philsys.gov.ph


After securing an appointment, the registrant should present an original copy of primary or secondary document at the registration center.
