63-yr.-old man in Isabela seen drinking for a week, hangs self later

Cauayan City, Isabela – There are tell-tale signs one might be on the road to suicide, like heavy drinking for days.

A 63-year-old man from Cauayan City was the latest case of suicide in the province of Isabela.

The deceased, identified as Ricardo Condino, is a native of Taguig City but currently residing in Barangay Minante Uno, Cauayan City. He was working as a house caretaker there.

According to police reports, Condino was said to have been drinking alcohol continuously for a week due to life problems. It is said he might have wanted to end his pain and decided to do it by hanging himself.

On June 12, 2024, his neighbors found his body in a garage. Several attempts were made to save his life, but he was already dead.

At present, further investigation is now being conducted by the police to determine the real cause of the suicide.
