68 yKalingas passed 2020-2021 Philippine Bar examination

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Around 68 yKalingas passed the 2020 - 2021 professional licensure examination for lawyers which was conducted from February 4 and 6, 2022.


These passers are among the 8,241 Bar takers, out of the 11, 402 law graduates who took the examination, the Supreme Court announced early Tuesday on April 12.

The 2020-2021 Bar examination is dubbed as the “Biggest Bar Ever” with a 72.28% passing rate.


Of the 8,241 who passed, 761 have earned recognition for exemplary performance for having obtained grades ranging from 85% to 90%.


Fourteen bar passers were also recognized for excellent performance for having attained grades higher than 90%. One of them is University of Cordillera’s Stephanie Mae Domingo.

In the history of the Philippine Bar Examination, the 1954 Bar was said to have the highest passing rate with 75.17% of the takers passing the exam.
