ABC President ‘Dagul’ Tubban grateful to Cong. Mangaoang for creation of Barangay Bulanao Norte

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Association of Barangay Captains President, Atty. Henry ‘Dagul’ Tubban, Jr. expressed gratitude to Congressman Allen Jesse Mangaoang for pursuing the creation of Bulanao Norte through RA 11344.

As the head of the barangay, Tubban represented his constituents in thanking Mangaoang as the congressman began his 2022 campaign rally on April 02, 2022.

“Personally, umayak ditoy nga mangiyebkas iti panag-thank you’k wennu panagyaman ko kenni Apo Congressman Mangaoang gapu ti RA 11344 apo, diay 11344 nga diay nga Republic Act nga isuna ti nang-author ket isu diay apo iti nang-create iti Barangay Bulanao Norte apo,” said Barangay Captain Tubban.

Tubban relayed that the creation of the barangay had long been proposed but it was only during the term of Mangaoang that it was approved into law.

Since its creation in September 2019, Bulanao Norte had been entitled to Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) shares pursuant to Section 285 of RA 7160, as amended, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.

“Dakkel nga panagyaman mi ta sa wakas, nabayag nga nailaklakad dayta ket tatta laeng nga 2019 nga rinmuwar babaen ti panagtulong ni apo Congressman Mangaoang isunga kakailyan nga taga-Bulanao Norte ken taga-Tabuk ken taga-Kalinga, sapay kuma ta agtultuloy ti suporta tayo kenni apo Congressman Mangaoang,” Tubban added.

Also, he asked for the supporters of the congressman to likewise support him in his journey towards the City Vice-Mayor, a position which he aspires to this coming election.
