Application for CHED scholarships in CAR now open

La Trinidad, Benguet - The Commission on Higher Education - Cordillera is now accepting applicants for their Merit Scholarship Program (CMSP) for Academic Year 2024-2025.

CMSP is a scholarship grant which aims at providing financial assistance to deserving incoming college students planning to enroll on any of the CHED’s priority courses in both private and public higher educational institutions.

The program has two features - the full scholarship and half scholarship.

In the full scholarship, the applicant is required to have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 96 percent or its equivalent while for half scholarship, the student must have a GWA of 93 - 95 percent or its equivalent.

How to apply?

Application can be done online. Qualified applicants must comply with the CHED’s other eligibility requirements and documentary requirements.
