Application for March 2024 Civil Service Exam in Cordillera extended until Jan. 12

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Are you prepared to attain your civil service eligibility on March 3 but missed the filing deadline?

No need to worry, as the Civil Service Commission Cordillera extended the original application deadline for the March 2024 Civil Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) from January 3 to January 12.

While all available slots have already been filled for the test center in Kalinga, the CSC Field Offices in Kalinga and Apayao are still open for applicants opting to take the CSE at test centers in Abra, Baguio, Benguet, and Mountain Province.

Application Process

Individuals interested in taking the March 3, 2024 CSE – PPT should first schedule an appointment on the Online Career Service Examination Application System: https://ocseas.csc.gov.ph/rocar.

Once the online application is initially approved, applicants should schedule a personal appearance at the CSC field office within 48 hours of the initial approval of their appointment. Failure to do so may result in the automatic cancellation of the application.

After scheduling a personal appearance online, the applicant should proceed to the nearest CSC field office to submit application requirements, such as a fully accomplished CS Form No. 100; four passport-size ID photos with a handwritten name tag and signature; original and photocopy of a valid ID card; and the P500 examination fee.

The CSC Cordillera emphasizes that those who fail to appear on their scheduled ‘personal appearance’ date will have their appointment automatically canceled. They may file for another schedule online, subject to slot availability.
