Just this Thursday, August 08, the Philippine National Police formerly known as Philippine Constabulary marked its 123rd Police Service Anniversary by recognizing its personnel’s hard work and dedication in service.

Among the awardees in this year’s celebration was PLtCol. Baldwin Sokoken Jr., the Deputy City Director for Administration of the Baguio City Police Office(BCPO).

He was cited as ‘Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer’ and received the merit from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. who personally graced the ceremony held at the Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame in Quezon City.

The Police Regional Office Cordillera noted that Sokoken’s outstanding performance in his administrative duties further improved the BCPO’s operations.

“Also, his expertise and dedication have significantly improved the office's overall performance, making him the ultimate recipient of this prestigious award,” PRO-CAR wrote on their Official Facebook page.
