DICT offers free online English tutorial for PWDs in Cordillera

Baguio City, Philippines - Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) who want to learn or improve their English language skills are given free English language tutorials which they may later use for future or current employment.

The English tutorial of the Department of Information and Communications Technology – Cordillera is online and open for PWDs ages 18 and above and residing in Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Mt. Province.

This program is part of the agency’s initiatives to provide PWDs in the region with essential skills for effective English as a Second Language (ESL) through interactive lectures, hands-on activities, and practical demonstrations.

In the training, participants will be able to master American pronunciation.
