Tabuk City, Kalinga – For gun owners in the province, renewal of gun ownership or getting a license to own one can be done in Kalinga this coming May 14 and 15 with the License to Own and Possess Firearms(LTOPF) caravan which is to be done at the Eco-Tourism Building, Liwan West in Rizal.
The caravan will include services such as neuro exam, drug test, and gun safety seminar. Additionally, the National Bureau of Investigation Region II will also be there to give NBI clearance.
Police Captain George Acob, Rizal Police Chief said that the caravan aims to provide a lesser hassle avenue for firearms holders to secure or to renew their license. Through the activity, the personnel from the region will be the ones to come to Kalinga to process their papers.
