Farmer dies after motorcycle overshoots in Alfonso Lista, Ifugao


Ifugao, Philippines – Police reminded motorists anew to wear safety gear when hitting the road to reduce accidents and create a safer road environment.


This is after a 42-year-old farmer died when his motorcycle overshot along the road in Barangay Ngileb, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao over the weekend.

Gerry Luna, married, a resident of the same place, was on his way home from an occasion when the incident happened.


With the impact, Luna sustained severe injuries on the different parts of his body.


He was immediately brought to the hospital but died while undergoing treatment.

This is so far the first reported fatal road incident in town this semester.
