Female cadaver found in Tuba, Benguet still unclaimed


Tuba, Benguet – Tuba police are now appealing to the public, particularly those with missing relatives, to coordinate with their office.


The plea was made after the cadaver of a woman found earlier this year at Sitio Shontog, Taloy Sur, Tuba, remains unclaimed.

The unidentified victim was discovered by residents near the area on January 20, 2023.


When found, the victim had no clothes and was only covered with a white cloth.


Further, it showed no signs of injury.


Police earlier urged the public with missing relatives to call them to hasten the process of identifying the dead body, but no claimants for the cadaver showed up.
