Flora, Apayao - As a manifestation of his outstanding and fruitful years of service and genuine leadership, Flora Mayor Rodolfo B. Juan of Flora, Apayao, was given a commendation from the Philippine Association of Civil Registrars on March 7, 2024.
The conferment of the award took place in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, during the National Convention and Congress of Civil Registry personnel and implementing partners in civil registration, where they honored Mayor Juan's significant support to every Civil Registration venture in his municipality.
As the concurrent local chief executive, Juan's esteemed leadership is driven by a transparent and unified approach to governance, passionate qualities, and a servant-like spirit. His comprehensive goals centered on bringing admirable developments to various areas hence has garnered confidence from his constituents.
As a testament to his consistent dedication to continuously alleviate and prioritize the residents' well-being, massive sustainable development programs have taken place. Drawing inspiration from said recognition, the mayor aspires for more initiatives to materialize.
