FREE Napolcom and CSE review to be provided by Kalinga PLGU, CBRC

Tabuk City, Kalinga - Though passing a state-administered examination is like climbing a steep hill, it is the one thing people cannot escape from if they wish to enter the government service.

Passing rates of government eligibility examinations over the past years showed that only a few make it to the list of passers. Just like the Civil Service Examination(CSE), only 14 – 18 % of its hundreds of thousands of takers make it to the cut. 

This is the same with the NAPOLCOM Entrance examination for police officer aspirants where not even half of the takers pass.

Acknowledging the challenge and wanting iKalingas to become eligible public servants, the Kalinga Provincial Local Government Unit, headed by Governor James Edduba, and the Carl E. Balita Review Center – Kalinga partnered to give the public a free review for the March 2025 CSE and November 2024 Napolcom Entrance Examination.

The free review will cover intensive lectures on general information, and logical, numerical, and verbal reasoning. The free review sessions would also cover test-taking strategies, final coaching, and last-minute tips.

The NAPOLCOM Review will start on Saturday, October 19, 2024, while the CSE will begin in December this year.
