Gov’t Services offered FREE to First-time job seekers in Kalinga this Sept. 6

Tabuk City, Kalinga – First-time jobseekers in Kalinga are lucky that essential government services will be provided to them via a one-stop-shop and they can also avail these for free this Friday, September 6.

The one-stop-shop and provision of free services will be at the Kalinga Sports Center, Provincial Capitol Compound, Bulanao, Tabuk City from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on said date.

The offer is part of the celebration of the month-long 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary in Kalinga.

In an announcement made by the Public Employment Services Office-Kalinga, services that will be offered include NBI Clearance and processing, issuance of police clearance, TIN application through ORUS, National ID system registration, PhilHealth registration, SSS services, and PRC services.

However, it was emphasized by the office that only a copy of the requested document will be given for free. For additional copies, the job seeker has to pay corresponding fees.

In order to benefit from the offer, the applicant should present an original copy of a certification from the barangay stating that he is a first-time job seeker and a resident of said barangay for at least six months.

PESO Kalinga likewise mentioned that the offer will not include ‘those collected in connection with an application to take a professional licensure examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission.’

For those who are not first-timers, they can still avail of said services but only need to pay corresponding charges.

“Kickstart your career with ease at our one-stop shop. Don’t miss the chance. Whether you’re new to the job market or looking for a fresh start, we’ve got you covered” PESO-Kalinga invites.
