Tabuk City, Kalinga – Outgoing Governor Engr. Ferdinand B. Tubban expressed his heartfelt gratitude to those under the umbrella of the provincial local government unit and all the frontliners for the selfless service they rendered throughout his tenure.

During his send-off ceremony held Tuesday last week, Tubban lauded the dedication shown by the employees, department heads, and those at the forefront in the province’s fight against the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic.

Message of PLGU family

The PLGU likewise conveyed their message to the outgoing governor, saying they are proud of the work the outgoing governor has done, the person he is, and the difference he has made.

Tubban will now be enjoying more of his time with his family, but he earlier said that he will be open to lend a hand for the betterment of the province even if he is no longer holding any government position.
