Igorot from Benguet crowned Great Man of the Universe PH Culture and Tourism 2022

Benguet, Philippines – Stephen Harold Lilley Jr. of Sablan, Benguet was crowned as the Great Man of the Universe Philippines Culture and Tourism 2022 at the Novotel Manila Araneta City in Quezon City on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022.

Said title is among the 10 major awards conferred during the coronation night, according to Benguet Governor Melchor Diclas.

Lilley, a junior civil engineering student, likewise bagged Hotness Overload Challenge Award, Best Model Award, Best in Runway Challenge Award, and the Nanostix Award.

The Igorot model believes, “A great man is a man who stands by what he believes in, and a gentleman who has the heart to serve others.”

“Thanks a lot to those people out there, kapamilya, kailyans, my fellow torogi/ igorot who gave their full support in my GMU journey; this is our Victory. I hope I made you proud guys,” he expressed on his social media account.

Lilley is set to represent the country in the same category of the international level competition by next year.

Great Man of the Universe Philippines is a nationwide search that aims to promote tourism, education, culture, sports and arts.
