Kalinga Governor-elect Edduba asks support, assures sincerity of governance


Tabuk City, Kalinga – In his acceptance message during the turn over ceremony held at Kalinga Astrodome this June 30, Governor-elect James Edduba asked all those under the Provincial Local Government Unit and the community to help him do his job.

“Awan ti ibagak nga plano ta ti kunak garud umayak kanyayu makitrabaho,” he added.

Edduba assured his constituents that he will work sincerely for the next three years that he was given the opportunity to serve the province.

According to the incoming governor, the politics is already over and the provincial government should share a common ground to prioritize the betterment of the general public before their personal interest.


“Ti dawat ko kuma nu ti kasanu panagsuporta yu kanyana (outgoing Governor Ferdinand Tubban), kasdiay kuma panagsuporta yu ti sumarunu ken kadagiti kakadwa tayo,” he said.


Among the members of his administration will be Vice-Governor elect Jocel Baac, re-elected Board Members Shirlynne Alunday, Roger Sagaoc, Mark Aldrich Diasen, Lester Lee Tarnate, and Antonio Bakilan; and incoming provincial legislators Jay Harley Duguiang, Danzel Langkit, and Julius Amla
