Kalinga offers free sewing training anew

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Those who wish to learn the skill of basic sewing and become self-reliant have until March 15 to enroll for the free training offered by the provincial government of Kalinga through its Provincial Social Welfare Development Office.

The office has been offering the free training in the previous years for the community members, especially the women who have passion in said craft.

The training equips fashion lovers with essential hand-sewing techniques that they may apply on their garments or for livelihood.

It only requires enrollees to be Kalinga resident, at least high school graduate, and be willing to undergo 45 days training from Mondays to Fridays.

Just like in the previous batches, the free sewing training will be conducted at the Productivity Skills and Capacity Building (PSBC) Center, located at the PSWDO Compound, Bulanao, Tabuk City.

“Turn your passion into livelihood, enhance your sewing skills now!” invites the provincial government through Provincial Information Office.

For those interested, you may visit PSCB at the PSWDO in Bulanao for enrollment and other queries.
