Tabuk City, Kalinga – The Kalinga provincial government marks the commencement of the grand celebration of the 29th founding anniversary and the 5th Bodong festival today, February 05, and what better way to kick off the festivities than with free rides to the Bodong Funfair (Carnival)!

Limited to today, entrance and ride fees at the Capitol Grounds have been waived, as verified by Information Officer Dionica Alyssa Legasi.

The carnival brings joy and entertainment for all ages with thrilling rides such as the Fun Slide, Dino Ride, Horror Train, Super Bee Ride, Ferris Wheel, Amores Ride, Frisbee Ride, Viking, One Piece-themed Ride, Kalesa Ride, and UFO ride.

In addition, the funfair pays homage to Kalinga’s heritage with an Instagrammable backdrop featuring the legendary Apo Whang-od, the renowned traditional tattoo artist. This artistic tribute serves as a reminder of Kalinga’s deep roots and storied history, creating a blend of modern entertainment and traditional artistry.

The Bodong Funfair runs throughout February, offering a month brimming with happiness, exhilaration, and the camaraderie of shared moments.
