Local talents to be featured on Wish 107.5 Bus

Baguio City, Philippines – Local artists from Cordillera will be featured on the famed Wish 107.5 bus which will be brought by the Wishcovery Originals to Baguio City on Sunday, Nov. 19, 2023, as part of the Mandeko Kito Artisans Fair.

Mandeko Kito, an Ibaloy term for “let us sell”, will be held over four weekends at the Museo Cordillera grounds of the University of the Philippines – Baguio where 50 booths focused on the UNESCO Creative City pillars of woodcarving, silver crafts, weaving, textiles, and tattoos will be set up.

The event will be staged in celebration of the 6th Ibagiw Creative Festival otherwise known as the Baguio Creative City Festival which was launched Saturday.

Other than the best crafts and creative products, also to be showcased are local artists with a great passion for singing who will be performing on Wish 107.5 bus which has become an international discovery platform for Filipino talents.

The performers, among others, include acoustic singer-songwriter July Rain who is known for her international single “Believe.”

“We are excited to officially invite everyone to join us this coming Sunday, November 19, at the University of the Philippines Baguio to celebrate our local talents to be featured inside the Wish Bus!” expressed Baguio Arts and Crafts Collective, Inc.
