Magsaysay officials in Tabuk City pitch in to cover uneven school parking area

Magsaysay, Tabuk City – Four Barangay Magsaysay officials, along with the Parent-Teacher Association President of Magsaysay Elementary School, pitched in to make the new parking area at the school safe, especially for the pupils.

In an interview, Punong Barangay Enrique Sagayo relayed that PTA President Roy Alsay approached him to request the official’s aid in fixing the uneven parking area in front of the school that at times causes accidents.

He asked other officials to help with the immediate action of said request.

Sagayo shouldered two loads of sand with gravel while Alsay, together with Barangay Human Rights Action Officer Lindo Batiil, Chief Tanod Rogelio Aduca, and Tanod Recto Mapaeg donated for the three loads.

“Ti inkastak, kinatungtung ko isuda nga uppat ket kunak nga bagik ti two loads ket bagi da nga uppat diay three loads ket kinayat da met isu nga nagaburan nga automatic,” he explained.

The parking space was covered over the weekend.

“Kadakayo nga school teachers, parents ken tricycle drivers, nalpasen nga nagaburan ken naisimpa daytoy barbaro nga paradaan yu ditoy Magsaysay Elementary School para iti safety dagiti estudyante nga agad-adal dita eskwelaan tayo,” Sagayo informed through his social media account.

The village chief lauded the leadership of said officials.

“Kasta kuma amin iti panag-puspuso tayo, diay makatulong para iti pagsayaatan iti barangay nangruna ditoy school,” he added.
