Man suffering from dementia gets free wheelchair from Mayor Dagadag

Tanudan, Kalinga – A man suffering from dementia is the latest beneficiary of the continuing advocacy of Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag to provide free wheelchairs to people in need.

Dagadag has since been giving out said facility in Tanudan to help his constituents and lessen the burden of their loved ones taking care of them. He has been using his personal resources for this cause.

The advocacy was also extended to two persons with special needs in Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City following a request from Punong Barangay George Esteras in May 2023.

Just this first week of September, the mayor gave a free wheelchair to 56-year-old man in Lower Mangali after learning he has difficulty in walking, Tanudan Designate Information Officer and Executive Assistant John Ryan Awingan relayed.

The 56-year-old was said to be suffering from dementia, as mentioned by his family member.

Awingan conveyed that Mayor Dagadag’s door is always open to his constituents, and he is much willing to accommodate their special needs.
