Mayor Malannag Jr. grateful to yPasil women’s pro-active role in the community

Pasil, Kalinga – Municipal Mayor Alfredo ‘Chao-ig’ Malannag Jr. expressed gratitude to the women of Pasil for their pro-active role in shaping their community and for their hard work in supporting the project, programs and activities of the local government unit.


Malannag extended his message during the Women’s Month celebration held in Amdalao, Pasil on Friday, March 25, 2022.

The mayor, through his official Facebook page, likewise acknowledged the women’s part in nurturing the youth.


Development in the municipality, he said, was made possible with the active participation of women.


“Gapu ti tulong da nagbalin nga posible ken paspaspas ti development ti lugar tayo.

Agkakadwa tayo kuma nga kanayon tapno makaaramid tayo ti mas dakdadkkel ken long lasting nga legacy para kadagiti sumar-saruno nga henerasyon,” stated Malannag.


The mayor then thanked the officials and employees of the municipal LGU and members of Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina (KALIPI) federation for their support in the activity which featured the women’s role and talents, showcased through various performances.
