Meet candidates of Mr. & Ms. Youth Ambassador for Cordillera Autonomy 2023


Tabuk City, Kalinga – Official candidates for the highly-anticipated Mr. and Ms. Cordillera Autonomy Youth Ambassador 2023 have been named!


This year’s search brings us seven dashing pairs from the various provinces and the City of Baguio.


Abra


The second runner-up of Ms. Abra 2023, Almie Jane Paned, a licensed teacher from Tuquib, Villaviciosa will represent her province with her male counterpart RJ Sean Maverick Jaquias Claustro, a sophomore at the University of Abra.


Claustro was crowned Mr. Bangued 2023 and Mr. CARASUC (Cordillera Administrative Region Association of State Universities and Colleges) 2023 first runner-up.

Apayao


Reigning Dayag ti Apayao, Jazreal Jamila Enciso from Kabugao is the province’s bet. She is pursuing nursing at the University of Cagayan Valley.


Partnering Enciso is Eddiemar Pacis from Luna who was crowned in December as Mr. Dagupan Volleyball Club 2022. He has a passion for music.


Baguio


Baguio City’s representative is Angelika Josierry Servinas who is also from Albay. She was hailed as Queen of the North - Visayas 2022. She holds a degree in accounting technology and is currently working as a financial accountant.


Mr. Genix Face 2023 and Mr. College of Veterinary Medicine of Benguet State University 2020-2023 – Jan Marveeno B. Palispis will be with Servinas. He is also from Itogon. He recently obtained a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the same university.

Kalinga


Miss Kalinga 2023, Angelina Lhodievin Dupaya from Rizal town with Godwin Bomosao from Tanudan will compete for the said province.


Dupaya is a junior architecture student at the Cagayan State University - Carig Campus, while Bomosao is a senior criminology student at the Kalinga State University.


Mt. Province


Bauko gal Maryjean Bugnosen, the first runner-up of Ms. Mt. Province 2023 will be joined by Mr. Mt. Province 2023, Ran Jyle Dulay from Bontoc.


Bugnosen is a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education majoring in Special Education, while Dulay is a student-athlete.


As of writing, Benguet and Ifugao representatives are yet to be announced.

Get to know the candidates more during their casual interview, as part of the pre-pageant on July 01 at the Atrium of SM City Baguio where they will likewise showcase their talent.


Reigning title holders Mr. Shawn Michael Barila of Kalinga and Ms. Angela May Respicio of Abra will be crowning their successors on July 14 in Luna, Apayao.
