More than a hundred yTanudan athletes ready for provincial meet

Tanudan, Kalinga – More than a hundred of young individuals in Tanudan are set to participate in the incoming Provincial Meet, says Tanudan Local Government Unit official.

Designated Information Officer John Ryan Awingan conveyed there are around 156 athletes who will represent the municipality in the Provincial Meet this March.

Said players were chosen after they won in the recently concluded municipal meet at the Tanudan National High School.

Awingan added that the athletes will start their respective trainings in preparation for the higher meet.

Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag expressed confidence in the skills, determination, and sportsmanship of these young individuals.

“Congratulations in advance kadagiti nangabak nga atleta tayo nga mangi-represent iti Tanudan ditoy dumteng nga provincial meet. Mamati kami ken dakayo ken kasla idi municipal meet, i-enjoy yu latta daytoy nga aktibidad. Adda kami lang nga kanayun nga si-susuporta kanya yu,” he said.

The mayor also acknowledged the personnel of the Department of Education, Philippine National Police, LGU Tanudan, and the barangay officials for the success of the municipal meet on March 3 and 4.
