Baguio City Police Office Station 2 said that their team immediately responded after having been notified by a concerned citizen that a cadaver was discovered in a house owned by Rodrigo Magsino Jr.

As described by police, the victim had braces on her upper teeth, her black bra was pulled up along with a white crop top dress, her underwear was missing along with her pants, and her hands and mouth were tied with duct tape. A belt was also tied around her neck.
