Each group received from the agency an amount of P300,000 last year.

The program aimed at providing development interventions in hard-to-reach and conflict-affected communities, thus Barangays Bugnay, Buscalan, and Dananao were chosen as beneficiaries.

“We express our gratitude to all personnel who aided us, helping us in the promotion and improvement of our association's products...We commit to do our best in expanding our business, and to become a bigger and more successful association in the future,” pledged Domingo Ayangao, the president of Buscalan Souvenir Fabricators Association during the inauguration and turnover ceremony.

In 2021, SLP-PAMANA program was launched in the municipality with some organizations in the same barangays provided with livelihood assistance.
