The Bill provides that with its conversion to a university, the school ‘shall primarily provide advance education, higher technological and professional instruction and training in the fields of education, agricultural technology, agribusiness management, industrial technology, arts and sciences, forestry, health sciences, information technology, and other relevant fields of study.’
