RSPC-CAR Over-all Champ: Tabuk young journos dominate 2025 Regional Schools Press Conference

Tabuk City, Kalinga – The young campus journalists in Tabuk City did something never done before, the team dominated the 2025 Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC), becoming number one.

Since the start of the RSPC in the region CAR, the Tabuk City Division was yet to earn the overall victory. Recently, they made history in the 2025 RSPC held in Tadian, Mountain Province, from March 31 – April 2 as the delegation that collected most of the top awards, making them the champion.

Apart from delivering the first overall victory, this year’s Tabuk City RSPC delegates carried the division with a giant leap from their fifth ranking in 2024 to first place this year.

As for the Regional Festival of Talents held alongside the RSPC, the representatives from Tabuk City did not hold back from showing their talents in various contested activities either. The delegation earned the fourth top spot.

The Department of Education- Tabuk City, through its official Facebook page, commended all the participants and their coaches and thanked all those who supported the delegates. It likewise credited the hospitality of the Municipality of Tadian, Masla Elementary School, and Masla National High School, which accommodated the delegates in their feat.

To recognize the winners of the recently concluded RFOT, RSPC, and the CARAA Meet 2025, a motorcade will be conducted on Monday, April 07, 2025, which will start at 7:00 AM from the Schools Division Office, then around Bulanao and Dagupan, and finally, to Tabuk City Hall.
