Scholarship program for automotive courses available for iKalinga youth

Tabuk City, Kalinga - New scholarship opportunities await iKalinga youth as the Toyota Motor Philippines School of Technology (TMP Tech) Scholarship Program of the Toyota-Baguio is now open in Kalinga.

 

TMP Tech aims to provide deserving high school graduates in the province who are from poor families with a chance to pursue technical education and build careers in the automotive industry.

 

Representatives of said company visited the office of Governor James Edduba on Monday, October 7, to announce the said program, reported the province’s Information Office.

 

The scholarship details were discussed during the meeting and focused on its mission, which is to offer support to the best yet less privileged youth on the way to attaining their educational and professional aspirations.

 

It specifically helps those students coming from families whose annual household income does not exceed P150,000.

 

Courses offered

 

TMP Tech offers an array of automotive courses which include automotive servicing NC I & II, automotive servicing NC I & II with Japanese language N5, automotive body repair NC II with automotive servicing NC I, and automotive painting NC II with automotive servicing NC I.
