As previously reported by San Juan Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Turqueza, 28, a resident of Barangay Abualan in said municipality, went missing after the Malanas River swept him away when he went fishing with his sibling and their father last month.

Accordingly, Turqueza was on a vacation in San Juan and was just waiting for his flight back to his work as an OFW fisherman.
