Marcos

Luna, Apayao – President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. affirmed that the Province of Apayao and the entire Cordillera region will not be left behind in progress and developments.

His Excellency made the statement during his visit to Luna, Apayao today, July 19, to personally lead the turnover of assistance, farm machinery, equipment, and other government interventions to farmers and fisherfolks in the province.

Marcos emphasized that on top of the assistance and services being provided by the government is the assurance that Apayao and other provinces and cities in the Cordillera will not be forgotten in development programs.

“Higit pa sa pinapaabot namin na tulong at serbisyo, sinisiguro po natin na hindi maiiwanan ang Apayao at buong CAR sa ating mithiin na sama-samang pag-unlad,” he said.

He likewise conveyed to the people that the government is continuously working to implement projects and programs that will improve the lives of the farmers and fisherfolk.

The only request of the President's office, Marcos said, is for the people to cooperate with the government to achieve these aspirations.
