Stolen tricycle in Tabuk City, left in Bulanao with only the sidecar

Tabuk City, Kalinga – A sidecar of a tricycle said to have been carnapped was abandoned at the side of the road in Purok 2, Barangay Bulanao on November 2, 2022.


In an interview with Charmie Loada, a resident of Bulanao, she went out to jog around 5:45 PM today when she noticed a white tricycle sidecar which was left on the road, just near the irrigation canal on Silao Street.

She added that the motorcycle which was supposed to be attached to the sidecar was missing. She noted that there were some tools scattered near the sidecar.


“Di inasidegak nakitak nagkawara tools idiay abay na tapos diay side mirror na adda pay dagiay gayunan/oranges nga naiwara idiay,” she described.


She recalled that they didn’t see any plate number attached to the sidecar.


Loada, upon chancing on the incident, called the attention of the police and reported the case.

The sidecar was already claimed by the owner. The case is now under investigation by the police.


Since January this year, the Tabuk police has recorded a total of 6 motornapping incidents in the city.
