Student in Benguet just parked his motorcycle, came back to find it burnt

Buguias, Benguet - The motorcycle of a college student in Benguet could no longer be used for its intended purpose after it was burned by an unidentified individual on Sunday night, August 25.

The student, identified as Samyn Banario, is a resident of Mankayan, Benguet.

In an interview with him by a local media outlet, Banario narrated that he parked his XR150 motorcycle in front of the gate of his boarding house in Barangay Loo, Buguias, at around 6:00 p.m. on said day.

In the morning of Monday, August 26, Banario was woken up by a call from someone who told him that his motorcycle was burned.

He quickly went to the place to confirm the information he got, and there, he saw his motorcycle with only the iron parts left.

He then reported the matter to the authorities, who are currently conducting investigations to find out who did the crime.

The public, meanwhile, is reminded by the police to park their vehicles in safe places to avoid such incidents from recurring.
