John Ryan Awingan, Executive Assistant to Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag, informed that the project began construction on August 5 with the allocation of P11,774,196.28 funding.

He said that the FMR was given funding after the Municipal Local Government Unit of Tanudan, through the initiative of Mayor Dagadag, submitted a resolution to the Department of Agriculture- central office.

Awingan added that Congressman Allen Jesse Mangaoang also gave priority to the funding of the project after the resolution was submitted.

Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag informed that as a 4th class municipality, Tanudan’s Internal Revenue Allotment is limited, the reason why there is a need to source out funding from the national government.
