Tanudan LGU gives cash aid to 7 daycare teachers in service for more than 25 years


Tanudan, Kalinga – Seven Child Development Workers in Tanudan who have been in service for more than 25 years were recognized by the Municipal Local Government Unit on November 21, 2022 at the Davidson Hotel.


To acknowledge the work and dedication of these daycare workers, they each received a cheque amounting to P10,000 from the Tanudan LGU.


During the event, the Tanudan Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, headed by Municipal SWDO Violy Awingan, presented the certificates of recognition and the cheque to the 7 daycare teachers.

These awardees were Teresita Campilis, who has been in service for 29 years; Sofronia Icao, 28 years; Elena Wailan, 28; Milagros Alinao, 28; Edith Diwag, 27; Cynthia Anggaco, 27; and Eleonor Addamag, who has been teaching daycare pupils for the past 25 years.


In a statement, Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag thanked these daycare workers for their commitment to educating and molding children in Tanudan. The mayor also commended their extraordinary patience and dedication in order to fulfill their responsibility in providing care and learning to kids.


“Agpaspasalamat kami kadagitoy naaanus ken nalalaing nga agtratrabaho ti mano nga tawen nga child development workers tayo ta inan-anusan da latta ti trabaho da gapu ta kasdiay da ka dedicated nga agserbi para iti masakbayan iti aannak tayo. Ken makita tayo met ti resulta na kadagitoy uubing tayo nga sursurwan da,” he conveyed.
