Tanudan mayor grants free wheelchairs to Tabuk PWDs

Tanudan, Kalinga – Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag’s free wheelchair initiative benefitted two persons with special needs in Tabuk City.

The Tanudan mayor has been giving said facility for free to Persons with Disabilities in his town to make it easier for them to move around. He has been utilizing his own personal resources for the cause since 2020.

Due to his desire to lessen the burden being carried by those in need, Dagadag recently granted the request of Dagupan Centro Punong Barangay George Esteras who asked for two wheelchairs for Natividad Natividad who can’t walk due to old age and Hanna Maga-ao who was paralyzed.

The wheelchairs were turned over to the beneficiaries this May 17 at the Dagupan Centro Barangay Hall.

Esteras conveyed his gratitude to Mayor Dagadag for his help, saying that the two recipients were elated with the mobility device given to them.

“Malaking pasasalamat ken Mayor Jaedicke ta uray haan na nga sakop ket nangipaay para iti barangay ko,” Esteras expressed.
