The search for Mr. Grand Philippines – Cordillera 2024 begins; application now open

Baguio City, Philippines – A national pageant has been brought closer to young men of Cordillera who dream of becoming national and international pageant title holders.

This is through the Mister Grand Philippines- Cordillera which recently acquired its official franchise from the Mister Grand Philippines, also the country’s official franchise holder for international pageants like the Mister Grand International, Man Hot Star, and Mister Tourism Globe.

Starting next week, it will be holding its screening for aspiring Cordilleran men pageant competitors. A screening will be held for Baguio City and Benguet at Cowboy Town, KM 6, Betag, La Trinidad on Wednesday, August 14.

No announcement was made for the screening venues for other provinces as of this writing.

As for the requirements, the male pageant is open for 18-32-year-olds whose height is 5’7” and above. He must also be a resident of the region for at least six months.

The ‘grandest male pageant’ shall conduct its pre-pageant on September 26, 2024 while the coronation night is slated for September 28, 2024.

With a mission ‘to inspire, empower, and bring pride to the Cordillera community’, the pageant is aimed at ‘fostering a deeper understanding of the region’s rich cultural heritage while driving initiatives that contribute to the region's sustainable development.’

The pageant’s regional director is Hon. Belmer Elis, who currently serves as a municipal councilor in La Trinidad, Benguet.
