Typhoon Kristine affected 247 families in Pudtol or 756 individuals as of 11AM, Oct. 24

Pudtol, Apayao – Tyhpoon Kristine hasn’t spared the municipality as it affected 247 families or 756 individuals across 13 barangays, according to MSWDO Dromic data.

Barangay Alem has the most number of families affected with 69, followed by Aurora - 51, Upper Maton – 29, Swan – 29, Mataguisi - 21, Capannikian – 15, Lieutenant Balag – 14, , Cacalaggan – 6, Poblacion – 5, Dona Loreta – 5, Malibang - 2, and Aga – 1.

Of the 247 families, there were 237 displaced or 721 individuals.

Mayor Hector Reuel Pascua reiterated his advice to residents to remain vigilant and keep updated with needed information to avoid loss of life and injuries, saying the MSWDO, MDRRMO, BLGUs and other partner agencies are working to reach all families affected by the typhoon.

As of 11AM today, all 247 families or 756 persons have been served.

There are no reports of casualties or damaged houses.
