UC College of Law conferred 1st ever Educating for Justice Award

Baguio City, Philippines – The University of the Cordilleras(UC) is among the recipients of the first-ever ‘Educating for Justice Award’ in the Philippines.

UC College of Law garnered the accolade for its outstanding performance in the past 10 years.

From 2011 to 2020, UC College of Law produced a total of 631 lawyers. This placed them 10th among the top contributing law schools in the Philippines.

The Legal Education Board Commissioner Lorenzo Reyes and Commissioner Salex Alibogha led the conferment of said award to the UC College of Law on September 05, 2023, at the University Theater.

Educating for Justice Award is being bestowed to top law schools in the country in recognition of their critical impact on the administration of Justice in the country.

“The prestige highlights the comparative share of institutions in the population of the new members of the Bar,” the Legal Education Board, an agency responsible for the regulation of legal education in the Philippines further wrote.
