Watch Tanudan Mayor’s Cup 2024 Championship Games on June 15 – 16

Tanudan, Kalinga – Winners for the 2024 Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag’s Cup are about to be named as the last-standing teams play for championship games this June 15 and 16 in Banagao, Poblacion.

The tournament which covered basketball and volleyball games started on May 18 to kick off the month-long celebration for the 61st Tanudan Day and 9th Kape Festival.

Since then, the different barangays have been coming together every Saturday and Sunday to play for the championship titles.

After four weeks of intense and fun games, the second season of Mayor’s Cup is about to wrap up this weekend. With this, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Tanudan is enjoining yTanudans to come and cheer for their bets and support local athletes.

“Join us in Banagao, Tanudan, Kalinga, and be part of the excitement. Cheer for your favorite teams and witness the dedication, talent, and competitive spirit that define the Mayor’s Cup. This is more than just a tournament; it's a celebration of sportsmanship and community pride,” they wrote on their Facebook page.

Meantime, the main events for this year’s Tanudan Day and Kape Festival will be held in Banagao on June 24 and 25.
