PNP General Ludan of Kalinga retires

Tabuk City, Kalinga – yKalinga General Steve Ludan wrapped up his service in the Philippine National Police this December 19, 2022, as he reached the mandatory age of retirement.

Police Brigadier General Ludan who hailed from Lubo, Tanudan culminated his stint in the uniformed service as the top cop of the Police Regional Office 2 (PRO2), leading the policemen and women in the Cagayan Valley for more than a year.

In his message, Ludan conveyed delight that he got to spend his final year as a policeman with the personnel of PRO2. He acknowledged the warm support the Cagayan Valley police gave him during his time as the regional police director.

"…masaya ako na bago magsara ang kurtina ng aking entablado bilang isang pulis, nakasama ko ang mga Valley Cops,” he expressed.

Ludan was replaced by Police Brigadier General Antolin Rumbaoa who assumed post as the new regional director of Cagayan Valley on Monday, the PRO2 Regional Public Information Office reported.

The yKalinga general is a member of the Philippine Military Academy "Tanglaw-Diwa" Class of 1992.
