yTanudan girl represents Kalinga in Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023


Tanudan, Kalinga – A 12-year-old grade-schooler is set to show Northern Luzon the beauty, grace, and wit of an yKalinga on September 02, 2023.


Chloe Laraine M. Manwi-it will be representing the province in the Search for the Little Miss Northern Luzon 2023 at Baguio Convention Center.


Little Miss Northern Luzon pageant is being held to provide avenues for girls ages 5 – 12 to boost their confidence, show their talents, and cultivate their skills in a ‘supportive environment’.

“By engaging in this initiative, we empower our young ones to unlock their potential, cultivate resilience, and build a brighter future,” Pageant’s founder, Mariver ‘Vell Watson’ Agayas stated.


This year’s pre-pageant was held on July 19 at Puerto De San Juan Beach Resort Hotel in La Union with 16 participating girls.


Meantime, Chloe who is the daughter of Marlon Manwi-it of Mangali, Tanudan, and Camille Manwi-it of Bontoc, Mountain Province paid a courtesy call to Governor James Edduba on August 07, 2023.


The young beauty also visited Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag who expressed support to her journey to winning the Little Miss Northern Luzon crown.
